Nook & Pull is a Canadian online retailer of trading cards, collectibles, and related products.

2. Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe the products offered on our website. Product packaging, colours, designs, promotional materials, and other details may vary from images shown.

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve inventory. An order is not guaranteed until it has been successfully processed and accepted by Nook & Pull.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct inventory errors when reasonably necessary.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed or calculated where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description, or technical errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you regarding the error or cancel and refund the affected item or order, subject to applicable law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is fulfilled.

4. Trading Card Products

Trading card products contain randomized contents unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a sealed trading card product does not guarantee any particular card, rarity, pull rate, monetary value, or collectible value.

Nook & Pull does not control manufacturer collation, printing, card centering, factory defects, pull rates, or the contents of factory-sealed products.

Opening a product because you are dissatisfied with its contents does not make it eligible for a return or refund.

5. Individual Trading Cards

When individual trading cards (“singles”) are offered for sale, we make reasonable efforts to describe their condition accurately.

Card-condition assessments are subjective and may differ between collectors, retailers, and professional grading companies.

No condition description or photograph provided by Nook & Pull guarantees that a card will receive a particular grade from PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other grading service.

6. Orders & Cancellations

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory discrepancies, genuine pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, quantity limitations, or circumstances preventing fulfillment.

Customer-requested cancellations are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are products expected to become available at a future date.

Release dates, product quantities, and allocations may be changed by manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors and are not always within Nook & Pull’s control.

Estimated release and shipping dates are not guarantees.

If our allocation is reduced or cancelled and we cannot fulfill all or part of a pre-order, we will provide an appropriate refund for any product we are unable to supply.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or transit damage is governed by our Shipping Policy and applicable law.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, certain products are final sale.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, refused deliveries, unauthorized returns, and applicable handling or restocking fees are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies is intended to exclude or limit a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Fraudulent Transactions & Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with an order, please contact Nook & Pull before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review the matter.

We reserve the right to provide order records, tracking information, communications, transaction records, and other relevant evidence to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent transactions, knowingly false claims, or abuse of payment-dispute processes may result in future orders being refused.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their payment provider or applicable law.

You agree not to use the Nook & Pull website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
